Introduction
(This role-play is based on Atlus' 'Persona' video-game series.
The Tower of Demise, Tartartus, had appeared due to a failed experiment with SHADOWS, or our surpressed selves. This tower served only one purpose: to act as a landing pad for Nyx, the Queen of Night. If she landed, the world as we all knew it would end.
Thankfully, that didn't happen. All due to a young teenager who could summon a persona- a mask we all you to protect ourselves. THis man was special: who could switch persona in the middle of battle, and he awoke to a even greater power: the universe. With this, he sealed Nyx from Erebus. If Erebus had reached Nyx, it would have been game over for everyone.)
And so the world continued as normal, but nothing good lasts. For some reason, the seal has been shattered, and the dark hour- a hidden hour bewteen 12:00 and 12:01 where only those with persona are active, is back, as well as Tartarus.

SUMMARY OF CURRENT EVENTS:
It began, swiftly and without warning. A sudden Influx of those who possessed the power to face their inner selvs: Persona. At first, it was just College Student Riku Sena, and 1st year Sora Isobe. Quickly, Beka Lochart joined. With the assisstance of Riku, she broke free from her abusive father, and decided to live at the new S.E.E.S base. Next came Claire and Johnathan. Claire had already known Riku, but Johnathan was new. They came upon the first full moon, where they're minds were suddenly taking over. One by one, they awoke in... intresting situations. The source of the manipulation came from a specific shadow. With Slight effort, Beka led the crushing Charge to destroy it. Riku was the only one knocked out.
He redeemed himself, however, a few days later, when he took the national fencing championship by storm. The group will head to Beka's home city, Brookyln New York.
A few days later, there was a problem in Tartarus. Swarms of Shadows rushed them. Riku barley bought time for everyone to escape. A sudden sense over threw him, and he tasted for death, ruthlessy hunting down, and eliminating the shadows, barely escaping the Reaper.
It is now a few days later... what does this event hold for the future?
Much happened in the course of the next month. The addition of Yoko, Seiko, and Sarah came as a refreshing breeze to the party. Riku, reciving an offer from his sponsors, took the party to inaba for a few days of rest and relaxation.
It wasn't to last. Swarms of shadows, nearing 10 grand, showed up, drawn to the collection of power between over 15 persona users. The battle was long and gruesome, and they barely came out alive. Beka recived the worst damage, with a broken arm. After more days of training and relaxation, the next full moon began. A fat tub of lard with a love for sweets. After a batting session, Beka again deals the final blow, launching a pie packed with C4 in his mouth.
PRoblems are stirring, now. Lenneth and Hris tValkyrie, has appeared to Riku, annoucing they will come for Riku in a matter of days. Beka leaves S.E.e.S, and disguises herself as a boy, and collapses on a floor of Tartarus. Love begins to sprout between Johnathan and Seiko, and Claire almost commited suicide. A trip to NEw YOrk for the Fencing Finals is tomorrow. How will all of this work out?

Beka
Beka was glad that Riku had kept her close, the group of boys had certainly creeped her out...When Riku had let go of her to speak to some guy with a huge-ass sword, she felt something brush at the bottom of her dress, and quickly stepped forward, and spun round, a glare already in place. The pervert in question had lost his balance when she had moved, and was trying to regain it and look 'innocent'. Needless to say, Beka didn't fall for it. Not caring who was watching, she pulled the guy down by the shirt collar, recognising him as one of the guys from the 'Host Club', so that he was eye level with her (quite an achievement when you're short). "You did not just do what I though you did, did you?", she asked menacingly. The perv shook his head rapidly, obviously terrified. His fear was well placed, as he was punished with a knee to a highly painful place for a guy...that same knee was then brought up again while he was doubled over, smashing his nose. "Not such a pretty boy now, are we?", Beka sneered down at him while blood gushed from his nose. With a short laugh, Beka left him there, thinking she had better limit his punishment. She had spent time in juvie for taking it too far once before, in the same situation. She had thought it was perfectly justified, the guy could've been trying to rape her, but apparently putting someone in a coma for a month was a bit overkill as a punishment for trying to feel her up...Meh, the guy had deserved it in her opinion...
Raito
Raito had decided he did Not want to know what Claire had meant by her comment about slashing or shooting...did these guys really fight that much? He hoped not...he might know how to fight, but he had never been in the situation where he had been forced to. "Alright then...you want anything? Coffee? I was gonna make some for myself, but if you want something else, I'm pretty sure we have it somewhere...", Raito said rapidly, feeling like a school kid...kinda like how he felt around Kirijo-san...Claire seemed to give off the same vibes as the intimidating redhead...

Jonathan sat at the side with Sarah who was becoming increasingly bored. Jonathan was becoming more and more worried about what would happen that night. Dominion sat down beside them.
"Can you feel it too?" She asked in her sweet voice. Jonathan nodded slowly and gripped his staff a little tighter.
"I've been feeling it all night...Sarah, get your weapon. Just in case..." She rolled her eyes and grabbed her rod. She stood up and pirouetted into the crowd. The dark hour hit hard, and Jonathan knew that nothing was going to go right that night.
The coffins around him added a sense of macabre to the situation. He stood up and moved into the mess of glowing coffins. A figured flashed in his peripheral vision and he turned quickly to see...nothing. He turned at a scraping noise behind him but again found only empty space and coffins. He slowly slipped into trance and took a step towards a coffin. There was a whimpering noise coming from around the coffin. He put up his shield and turned the corner with flames dancing on the end of his staff. He stepped back in shock and watched as a shadow slowly pulled a helpless party attender.
He fell backwards as a burst of light hit his shield. Another powerful fire spell hit his shield. it couldn't get through but he was still panicking. As a barrage of fireballs hit the invisible wall Jonathan fled, only stopping when he was safely between three coffins. An idea struck him and he closed his eyes.
"Sarah...help..."

Terror rushed over Sarah and paralysed her. She looked around in hopes to find what had caused it.
"Sarah...help..." Sarah knew instantly where her brother was and ran straight there. When she was safely in the shield of coffins Sarah hugged her brother.
"it's ok...I'm here now...what's wrong?" Jonathan looked up and his eyes widened.
"That!"

(allright! all troops, forward march! get this fired up!)
"These punks will never learn..." Riku said, ducking to avoid a swing from an incoming shadow, taking two steps back to avoid another one. "Is it just me, or are there more than usual?" He asked, stepping back, spinning to avoid another one. He let go of his murasame as he dodged again, he blade impaling a shadow as he ran into it. He summoned angel slayer, spinning again, narrowly scratching a shadow, though that was enough to cause it to disaappear. Silmeria appeared behind him, covering his eyes with her wings, feeling for the shadows that were beginning to assault the others. He was able to snipe the ones weak to zio, but figured to let the others handle their share.
"They are mere shadows." silmeria said, "They don't have the ability to learn."
"True." Riku agreed.''
"Johnathan seems to be shouting for help" Silmeria said. Riku nodded, flying in the air to see what was going on.

"Coffee is fine." Claire said, accepting the drink, her heart giving a slight pound as the dark hour hit. "Get used to this.it's annoying." She gave a smile, pulling out a revolver from a coat pocket.. "Pray for mercy from." She said, pointing at the door. A few seconds later, a shadow opened the door, and was met with 6 consecutive shots in the exact same place, right between it's eyes. It gave a shudder, then disappeared.
"Amen." Uriel said. Claire nodded, tossing 6 bullets in the air. She spun her revolver, flipping open the chamber. The shells came out, and caught the bullets, and her gun snapped shut, ready to fire again

Great...Not again... Beka thought to herself as she launched into a powerful kick at the Shadow nearest to her, not caring that the dress was so short on her. Meh, who was really gonna see? Everyone else was too busy fighting. As was she, the boots that came with her costume proving themselves useful as she effectivly took out any Shadows who were sucicidal enough to get in her way. She had actually...missed this? The fighting, the adrenaline...this was when she felt the best...
Those thoughts were disrupted when she was suddenly thrown back by a lightning attack, her weakness, and her back slammed against the wall. Damn, that had hurt, and the electricity coursing through her body had paralysed her for now. She could feel something wet drip down the back of her head, where it had connected with the wall as she got flung back. Blood. Hers to be presise. This was bad. Really, very bad.
Raito
"Show off. I don't think we'd have time for that. Best to try get them outside though. My mom may be drunk, but even she'll notice if we trash the house.", Raito said with a smirk as he grabbed the evoker from his jacket, and went outside. That was, not so much a mistake, but not one of his best ideas either. The Shadows, perhaps sensing he was new, began to swarm around him. He was ready though, and he pulled the trigger. Melchidezek appeared, and attacked, along with Raito himself, the latter using his fists. It was a good thing he had taken taekwondo in high school. It meant that he wasn't completely useless.

A small shock mentally hit the back of Riku's head, as a signal all but vanished on his radar. "Damn, I shouldn't have left Beka alone like that, he said, mentally cursing his negligence. He decided he would whatever was going on with Johnathan to Johnathan. He had more important places to be.
He was being stalled though. Bird Shadows had begun flying around, and were harassing him as he tried to fly back. "....hang on, I'm coming." He whispered, striking one bird, before flipping to slice one that was coming from behind. "Pests, nothing more." He whispered. "My will is unfailing!" He shouted, a torrent or lightning falling from the sky, impaling a dozen shadows, and he managed to land back on his original building.
"I'm here." He shouted, walking towards a shadow. He tapped his fingers to angel slayer, and it erupted into flames, burning a shadow upon touching it.
Beka was all but dead, paralyzed by a zio attack. She needed immediate care...
He looked around, seeing the horde of shadows that were approaching, sensing blood. "And time is one thing we don't really have..." He said, furious. "Damn it, why don't you all just STAND STILL?" He shouted, sending a large stream of lightning. Something happened, and upon striking the shadows, they froze in place, frost surrounding their bodies.
Riku had no time to wonder this miracle. He turned to Beka, touching his head to the back of her head, witch was bleeding. "Silmeria, let's go." He said, as Silmeria touched her hand to Riku's first beginning to draw the static out of Beka, so she could move. That would help with the recovery process.

Clare rolled backwards, hand springing, shooting a shadow as she did. Upon running out of bullets, she dropped her revolver, grabbing her evoker, "Uriel." She whispered, the angel emerging with an explosive gust of wind. Winds began to shift, sharpening, as Claire attacked some of the shadows trying to harass Raito. " Careful, I've got your back, but i can't get them all." She cautioned, directing a gust beehind her, to take out some harassing her.

Beka, who up till this point had been numbed by the shock, and was slumped against the wall, gradually got feeling back into her body. Blinking a few times to clear the fuzziness from her head, she looked up to find a very concerned looking Riku. ...what the? Oh yeah, the Shadows...Oww..., she whimpered a little as she tried to move, her muscles sore from the attack. Her head ached, and she could still feel the blood in it. Her arm feeling like lead, she reached up to the cut. It didn't seem to be life-threatening, so it wasn't a priority right now.
"I'm fine...Thank you.", she said, staggering to her feet, getting into stance. They were gonna pay for that, that much was certain.
Raito
"Got it.", Raito replied, Melchidezek launching another attack. Raito would have to limit that though: when his Persona used abilities like that, it tired him out. Not mentally tired, like the way Sena and Claire had explained it, but physically exhausted. They had touched on that, some Persona abilities used your life force rather than spirit. And it just so happened that Melchidezek's skills focused on physical attacks. Lovely. Add in the fact that it was only his second Dark Hour, and well...he would need to watch what he was doing from now on.

Seiko walked in to the party and as far she could tell the only ones she knew were the group and he ouran people, started to talk to the ouran people. She walked over to them and started to talk to stepthen or at least the one she was Stephen. Derek and David had turned away drone her and she heard only muted voices over the music that was playing but she did recognise the other voice. It was Takashi. Seiko smiled and she then saw them move and Takashi just stared at her. He then said
" yeah I know Seiko from school, how are you doing?"
She replied
" I think I am okay but today is not the best of day, you know why."
Sh said it as kindly as she could. Just as she was looking around she felt something, it somehow felt like danger. Then he dark hour hit. Everyone around her turned to coffins, everyone except the group she came with and Takashi, who looked quite scared. She did not know what to do but get her weapon out. She looked around for the ohers and JOnathon. Seiko saw it, a all human like figure walk straight towards her, it had a tail and was dressed in red and he thing hat stood out to her the most was it's red face. It said
" I, Incubus have come to collect the one yu have stole, my love, Succubus darling will you come home"
All Seiko could hear in her head was
" my love... You have got to be having a joke....."
Which was obviously from Succubus . Seiko took out an archana card thinking it was Satans and shot the card with the evoker. There was a ripping feeling though her head and she screamed at the pain. Then a womanly form appeared in front of her. Sh was dressed in red as well but the thing sh was wearing was so showy she mint as well be no wearing anything.(oh yeah Succubus is wearing the p3 battle panties) She said
" Huh always wanting what you can't have"
Seiko herself was on the floor in pain holding her head and Takashi was right there next to her asking what was wrong and what was going on but she coul not domain right now.

" yeah I know Seiko from school, how are you doing?"

" I think I am okay but today is not the best of day, you know why."

Everyone around her turned to coffins, everyone except the group she came with and Takashi, who looked quite scared. She did not know what to do but get her weapon out. She looked around for the ohers and JOnathon. Seiko saw it, a all human like figure walk straight towards her, it had a tail and was dressed in red and he thing hat stood out to her the most was it's red face. It said
" I, Incubus have come to collect the one yu have stole, my love, Succubus darling will you come home"
All Seiko could hear in her head was
" my love... You have got to be having a joke....."
Which was obviously from Succubus . Seiko took out an archana card thinking it was Satans and shot the card with the evoker. There was a ripping feeling though her head and she screamed at the pain. Then a womanly form appeared in front of her. Sh was dressed in red as well but the thing sh was wearing was so showy she mint as well be no wearing anything.(oh yeah Succubus is wearing the p3 battle panties) She said
" Huh always wanting what you can't have"
Seiko herself was on the floor in pain holding her head and Takashi was right there next to her asking what was wrong and what was going on but she coul not domain right now.

Jonathan and Sarah stood up, still clutching their weapons, and cautiously made their way to Seiko's side.
"The Incubus...a male demon of European lore in medieval times. They visit sleeping women and have sexual intercourse with them; the resulting children become witches and wizards. Oh crap..." Sarah said gloomily. She raised her multina racket (her current weapon), channelled her magarudyne spell into it and swung the racket in the air. A cluster of white spheres flew from the racket and struck the red creature in the chest. He stumbled backwards but returned to his previous position.
"Stupid girl, trying to fight me." The Incubus raised his hand and Jonathan ran to his sister, ready to throw up his shield, but was knocked back as a flash of blinding light lit up the room, revealing all of the lesser shadows currently there.
"Jonathan, HELP!"

Sarah watched as the bright wings of light that had curled over her body opened. The agidyne attack aimed at her didn't even affect the wings. When the wings were fully extended they easily reached 10 maybe even 11 feet. She felt her body lighten and knew that her feet were lifting off the ground. The dazzling stopped and she hit the ground with a thud.
"OW! Michael!" Jonathan threw up a shield (she could sense it) and Michael appeared within the space.
"My apologies Sarah but I didn't now what else to do. That agidyne spell would have reduced your physical health considerably."
"But what the hell was that!"
"It is called Divine grace. It allows you to call upon my power to create wings of light to protect you. They also work like Angel wings. You need only extend them to fly but as you are only human you will never fly fully." Sarah looked at him and smiled. Michael turned to Jonathan.
"I believe that you would be able to do it too seeing as you can channel and shape magic how you wish."

"It's true but I didn't want you to know that yet." Dominion sighed. "Draw upon my power and imagine shaping it into wings. Now push them from your body and control them." Jonathan did as she said and two wings of light protruded from his body.
"Whoa!"
"That' it, no more abilities until your fifty!" Jonathan nodded and he turned to Incubus; Sarah did the same.
"Hey Red! What exactly is it that you want?!"

"SEIKO!" Jonathan screamed as a black mass of death latched around her ankle. His staff hit the shadow in the head before it had even fully formed and it broking into a black mist. Jonathan joined his sister and they stood at the ready. When the shadows were close enough, they began to attack.
"Get past this!" Sarah screamed as a barrier of ice walls formed around them. A burning red light grew larger and larger before striking the barrier. The ice wall exploded in front of them.

"We'll never be able to hold them off! Thunder Reign!" A flurry of lightning bolts hit the oncoming shadows, ripping them to shreds (though sometimes the magic reflected but he was safe because of his shield as he had slipped into trance).

Riku nodded, Helping Beka stand up, and looked at the shadows, frozen in mid place Riku tapped one with the hilt of Angel Slayer, and it shattered into 1000 tiny pieces. "um...Silmeria? Explanation?"
"Exceed, Frigid Damsel..." Silmeria said with a laugh "I already told you and Beka what an exceed was- a power born from the resonance of souls, awakened with a force of will or a scent of danger. From what I've gathered, Beka has 'Revival of Destruction', an explosive fist of electrical energy...."
Riku cracked another shadow, sensing for more/ HE felt something near johnathan, but something told him to leave him and seiko deal with whatever it is.

"True. Really awesome", Beka agreed, once she had climbed onto the bike behind Riku, glad that she didn't have to use an Evoker anymore. That would be difficult, trying to summon like that while still holding onto Riku. She was curious about that 'Exceed' thing Riku had done, but she figured she'd ask Silmeria abut that later. For now, she was busy, using Eurydice to freeze any Shadows who came near, while Riku fought them as well, while somehow still driving the bike at the same time. If that wasn't skill, Beka didn't know what was.

Raito was glad that Claire had healed him, though he could've kept them back for a while yet on his own. At least that's what he told himself anyway. He knew it was a lie though. He decided to keep his use of Melchidezek to a minimum (much to said Persona's annoyance), and focus on trying to beat the Shadows with his own skills. That seemed to be working so far, so he would stick with that for now.

Technicality this can't be counted as coping.
Seiko has 2 personae that have wings and they are only used when she fuses with her weapons.
E.G: Succubus~ The weapon grows wings and is able to fight without Seiko having to hold on to it but with Seiko's command.
Lucifer~ The weapon grows wings and they have the strength to carry Seiko on the weapon. (Witch style......I had to add that in)
Posting now... I was going to make Seiko fling the Scythe at the door and make it get lodged in the door just inches away from Kyoya's........manhood shall we say......but I thought that would be mean and I don't want Seiko to be that much of a bitch.

no problem. and If you want wings, go for it. I'm certainly not complaining. Riku's next fight with the Valkyrie sisters is going to be air borne, as is Riku's fight with Odin.

I was actually planning on Dominion giving Jonathan wings before you put it in but then you added it and I felt it would feel like copying. I was really annoyed actually. I even had a picture for them. It's tempting to still add them but I don't know...
Actually, I could make that instead of fully flying it's more like a hover and that could be what Principality teaches Jonathan...I don't know. I'll think of something for him...

Now that Riku has Angel Slayer, he'll always have a weapon at hand. I planned on introducing a new set of shadows, witch is why i grabbed me a motor cycle.

Ok guys, just to let you all know, besides Psycho and Demi plus Mutt kinda, that the dark hour is going to go through the cosplay party. Psycho and I have decided to do something for the dark hour so please, no one skip past it. Bring aa leas one weapon...you're going to need it...
